Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or lost in transit.
- Claims for damaged or lost items require photo proof and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns:
- Items may be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a partial refund or an equal exchange.
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges or partial refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
